I mean, if I asked someone to cut a piece of paper in half within the next five minutes, and five minutes later I get exactly what I asked for, is that far exceeding expectations? I would have had to have gotten a free beer and Swedish massage while I waited. Having said that, if I could give ICSC 10 stars, I would. I could use a massage, but I got something better: superb service that went the extra mile, excellent communication, attention to detail — a perfect customer experience.
